我们是中国领先的贵金属手表设计商、制造商和品牌拥有人。我们的自有品牌产品销售以我们的经销网络为主,直销为辅,直销透过我们的自营线上商店进行。 我们亦透过为第三方国内珠宝品牌及批发商提供ODM服务而获得收入,包括为其开发及生产贴牌贵金属手表及饰品,并为其手表及饰品提供分包加工服务。我们的ODM客户包括多个国内知名珠宝品牌, 例如老凤祥、 中国珠宝及周大生,我们与他们已建立长期稳定的供应关系。根据灼识咨询的资料,于2023年,西普尼既是中国最大的金表品牌(就销量计算),亦是中国最大的足金手表品牌(就产品交易总额计算),就金表销量及足金手表 产品交易总额计算的市场份额分别为8.97%及35.83%。

We are a leading designer, manufacturer and brand-owner of precious metal watches in China. Our self-branded products are principally sold through our distribution network, supplemented by direct sales through, among others, our self-operated online stores. We also derived revenue by serving as an ODM for third-party domestic jewellery brands and wholesalers, including developing and manufacturing precious metal watches and accessories under their labels and providing subcontract processing services for their watches and accessories. During the Track Record Period, our ODM customers included various renowned domestic jewellery brands, such as Lao Feng Xiang, Sino Gem and Chow Tai Seng, with whom we have formed long-term and stable supply relationships. According to China Insights Consultancy, in 2023, HIPINE was the largest gold watch brand in terms of sales volume and the largest 24K gold watch brand in terms of GMV in China, with market shares of 8.97% and 35.83% in terms of sales volume of gold watches and GMV of 24K gold watches, respectively.
